
I’m a non-binary, neurodivergent, 21-year-old- not exactly your average meditation teacher, but I have some beautiful, revolutionary practices I’d love to share with you.
To me, mindfulness is a word that describes the state and practice of being fully present in the here and now, with total non-judgement, curiosity and kindness. I don’t feel this simply comes in the standardly described way of sitting for hours on end, and stock images resembling people smiling slightly creepily.
I have experience working with a variety of groups and demographics, however some key ones I work with include the LGBTQIA+ community and younger people.
I have taught and facilitated mindfulness in youth groups, schools, young adult groups and community spaces.
I primarily offer group sessions and multi week classes, both in person and online.
When teaching in person, I am currently located in Bristol, UK.
I am open to teaching requests.
